Economic Facilities and Funded Training
Help to invest in training

Promoting the development of professional skills within your organization is easier by taking advantage of the many economic benefits and by taking advantage of Financial Training opportunities.

The training initiatives of CeTIF Academy are compatible with the notices of the most important interprofessional funds (FBA, Fondir, Fondimpresa, etc.). Thanks to the resources made available by the Funds, companies have the opportunity to cover the costs associated with the implementation of training interventions, their design and management and, in some cases, even the cost of personnel placed in training. It thus becomes possible to take advantage of high-quality training, collaborating for the realization of projects of special interest.

In addition to financing all or part of corporate, sectoral and territorial training plans, with the changes introduced by Article 48 of Law 289/02, some Interprofessional Funds can also finance individual training plans.

This is a tax measure introduced by the MISE - Ministry of Economic Development aimed at supporting companies in the process of technological and digital transformation by creating or consolidating skills in the enabling technologies necessary to realize the 4.0 paradigm. It allows for the recovery of up to 50 percent of the company's cost of employees for the period in which they are engaged in subsidized training activities for a maximum annual amount of €300,000. The credit can be used, exclusively by offsetting, starting from the tax period following that in which the eligible expenses were incurred, by submitting the F24 form.
