The themes and activities of Cetif are proposed and validated by a Scientific Committee and two Program Committees that ensure the actuality and relevance of the content and methodological rigor. Management activities are conducted by a Rectorally appointed Steering Committee.

The Director, Secretary and Steering Committee are professors and administrative representatives ofUniversità Cattolica in Milan. Their task is to ensure the continuity of the Center, promoting its growth, direction and development.
The Scientific Committee is composed of nationally and internationally renowned professors in the disciplines of management, organization and information systems. Their task is the scientific direction of the topics and methodological validation.
