Event presentation.

Building on the results gathered from previous meetings, during the Research Event we will share experiences and keys to understanding the aforementioned phenomena with a particular focus on the evolution of the digital scenario, the Optichannel Customer Journey, and the role of Mobile in customer relations. We will analyze how Covid and new ways of working have influenced in increasing the number of attacks and frauds on customers and institutions, delving into the contexts of use, channels and process steps that have supported the evolution on this issue in the last year. We will cover the organizational, technological and process safeguards for Security By Design: Cybersecurity, Antifraud, Data Analytics, Compliance and Operational Convergence.
