  Claims and fraud management has in fact been subject to profound changes in recent years brought about by numerous regulatory changes, but also by the evolution of demand and supply itself, with significant developments in terms of products and services offered, distribution methods and customer relations. The meeting is primarily aimed at the Claims, Organization, Anti-Fraud, Commercial and Marketing, Audit and Compliance functions and those interested in claims management and innovation issues.
