The Companies are therefore engaged in continuous innovation of this process, supported also by the increasing level of digitization that will make claims management more efficient and streamlined. The main challenge for the Companies will be to use technological innovations not only to revolutionize internal processes, but also to ensure a high quality of service to the customer. Which technologies will have the greatest impact on the claims management process? What will be the best practices for innovating that process while maintaining a focus on customer needs? The workshop aims to answer these questions and to understand what evolutionary trends Companies will face.

Target Audience: The meeting is aimed primarily at the Claims, Organization, Anti-Fraud, Commercial and Marketing, Audit and Compliance functions and those interested in claims management and innovation issues.
