Presentation of the workshop

The evolution of such models must also take into account the changing behavior of the customer, who today is more willing to provide information about himself, is multichannel, and is constantly seeking security, assistance, and protection while maintaining a high propensity to save. Will insurance companies be able to seize the opportunities offered by digitalization to improve the customer relationship, customer experience and create more value for their business? The objective of Workshop is to discuss how Mobile Apps, Analytisc and Connected Devices can represent tools for Companies on which to base new value creation models, combining the satisfaction of consumer needs, especially in terms of autonomy and use of remote channels, with the value represented by a personal relationship with intermediaries.

Target Audience: The meeting is aimed primarily at Marketing and Sales, IT, Non-Life, Technical, and Actuarial departments as well as insurance agents and brokers.
