What you will have to deal with:

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking, prepare qualitative-quantitative reports on in-depth dynamics;
• Investigate and identify key innovation trends in financial business models related to digitization, offerings (products and services) and customer experience, and the use of new technologies;
• Dialogue on an ongoing basis with C-levels and managers of leading Italian financial institutions to learn more about the initiatives implemented and how they are being developed (technical and organizational), as well as the respective institution's strategic view of specific market trends;
• Analyze the most innovative new companies in the industry (FinTech) through direct discussion with founders or managers of specific businesses

What we require:

• Master's degree or in progress in Economics, Banking and Language Sciences
• A keen interest in topics related to innovation in financial business models, digitization and new technologies
• Enthusiasm for constantly learning about new topics related to innovation in the various areas of the financial world
• Good skills in deduction and reprocessing of information and data
• A basic knowledge of the office package (Word, Power Point and Excel)
