Milan, 06/16/2021 - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore -CeTIF and Intesa Sanpaolo announce the launch of the first edition of the Summer School: "Transaction Banking for International Growth: new digital services for the Corporate world" to train young talents, undergraduates and graduates and facilitate their entry into the world of work.

The initiative, promoted as part of the "Digital Corporate & Transaction Banking Academy" created in January 2021, offers participants the chance to gain a comprehensive view of the evolving scenario of the Corporate market in relation to the business opportunities generated by the digital evolution of customer interaction. Content related to foreign trade, internationalization to digital payments and cyber security will also be explored.

The Summer School represents an ideal meeting point between Università and the world of work.

Thanks to the skills acquired, students will be able to bring a concrete contribution of value within companies, having the tools and knowledge to innovate and to compete more effectively in the market, including globally. "Investing in education is an essential prerequisite for a country's growth ," says Chiara Frigerio, Professor of Business Organization and Scientific Co-Director of the Summer School, "and offering young people the opportunity to acquire distinctive specialized skills on the topics of trade finance, digitization, cash management and cyber security for the production and economic ecosystem is strategic.

This first edition, which is designed by combining the academic expertise of CeTIF-Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the field experience of Intesa Sanpaolo managers, will start on June 28 and end on July 26. It will be divided into 4 intensive and full digital weeks. The teaching will include virtual classroom moments, case studies, active lab and group contests during which participants can get involved in co-creating innovative and challenging projects. Great emphasis will be placed on group interaction and collaboration, so as to also maximize networking moments with faculty and among members.

The Summer School also offers young participants the possibility of internships in Intesa Sanpaolo and on-the-job collaborations in Webidoo or other entities in the network CeTIF - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore .

Thanks to Intesa Sanpaolo's contribution, 8 scholarships are also available to partially cover the cost of the initiative,

The Faculty of the courses consists of professors from CeTIF, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and with specific experience and knowledge of insurance banking, as well as national and international professionals from Intesa Sanpaolo to offer participants a practical perspective and insights related to business impacts and implications.
