In partnership with Cetif-Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, the training involved about 40 agency talents from all over the country, through physical classroom lectures and virtual classroom moments, for a total of 15 days over 5 months.
During the graduation ceremony, in the presence of, among others, AXA Insurance CEO Chiara Soldano and Chief Distribution & Sales Officer Salvatore Cavallaro and Cetif Director and UCSC Lecturer, Federico Rajola, the candidates had the opportunity to present 8 project works, the result of the path they have undertaken.

AXA Group Italy is already at work on a new edition of the program, designed to provide future agents with evolved tools and skills to deal with a market that has been going through extensive changes for some time, and focused on the key elements for agency management, from analysis of the reference context (market trends, regulations), agency strategy and business plan, to digital transformation and skills development on topics such as leadership, governance models, decision making, change management and a focus on customer relations.
"I am very satisfied with the results achieved in this first edition of "AXA Agents of the Future" - commented Salvatore Cavallaro, Chief Distribution & Sales Officer of AXA Italia Insurance Group. The enthusiasm and passion shown, together with the ideas put forth in the project work, in a mix of concreteness, pragmatism, innovation and creativity, confirm us the strength of our network and the importance of the path undertaken to evolve the skills and leadership of the future protagonists of AXA agencies. We are already at work on a new edition of the Executive Program, to extend the audience of participants, and we also want to give continuity to the path of this first wave with further moments of in-depth study and growth of skills."
"Cetif - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore has for years paid special attention to the development and training of professionals in the insurance field, with a specific focus dedicated to distribution networks," said Federico Rajola, Director of Cetif and UCSC Lecturer. This course represents an important moment for the professional and relational growth of the insurance agents of tomorrow. The combination of technical skills, analysis of market scenarios and soft skills are the key to success in facing the challenges and opportunities of an industry in continuous transformation.
