Milan, Feb. 8, 2022 - The Master's degree program of Cetif - UCSC and ANIA Academy that prepares for the Insurance Manager Profession will restart in March, training experts capable of interpreting the complexity of today's economic and social sector and who are increasingly close to the needs of families and businesses.
The evolving trends in the insurance industry-innovation, sustainability and internationalization-are also captured by the results of research conducted by Cetif, which shows that:
- 75 percent of insurance companies operating in Italy have an active digitization project, and 60 percent consider digital and innovation as a strategic business plan lever;
- 80 percent of the Companies say that ESG issues are among the major challenges in the next three years, but only 10 percent say they have the appropriate expertise to manage this evolution.
The Master's program in "Insurance Management: Innovation, Sustainability and International Scenarios" is designed as a highly professionalizing, engaging and interactive educational experience, aimed at both students with Master's degrees and professionals looking for opportunities to upskill and reskill their skills.

Digital innovation, new technologies, data analytics, and InsurTech will be covered in depth during the Master's program; specific teaching activities will also be devoted to the ethics and sustainability of insurance (business, social, technological, environmental, etc.), as well as the legal framework of insurance business and the regulations applicable toInsurTech.
The program is also characterized by up-to-date content on the main evolutions of the insurance sector, also from an international perspective (globalization of markets, interconnected ecosystems, legal framework of innovation, geopolitical and sociological profiles, etc.), with a focus on the development of language skills applied to the insurance sector (English for Insurance) and an emphasis on the study of communication strategies in the global context
The second edition will feature a revamped teaching formula in dual mode, which ensures that participants can also attend remotely and be compatible with work commitments.
An integral part of the path is also the activation of internships or project work, which students will carry out at insurance companies associated with ANIA and/or part of the network of Cetif. To support students in their professional development and accelerate their career path, specific Career and Networking themed activities will also be organized.
The Master's Faculty is composed of Professors and Lecturers fromUniversità Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with specific experience and knowledge in the banking and insurance world as well as professionals - Managers and Executives - from Banks, Insurance Companies and Corporations. The Master also includes the participation of Managers and professionals from ANIA who, thanks to their experiences, enrich the teaching with innovative and pragmatic contributions, helping contextualize the topics covered.
