The format
The Digital Program is divided into three modules devoted respectively to:
  • Digital Disruption & New Business Models
  • Customer Experience: IoTs, CRM, Big Data & Analytics
  • Design Thinking: organizational approaches to governing innovation
It is possible to register for the entire course or for the individual modules that comprise it The training approach is based on innovative and effective teaching techniques geared toward the transfer of knowledge and behavior through:

  • moments of consolidation and critical revision of content
  • classroom exercises
  • simulations
  • workshop in which the concepts learned are applied to concrete and specific cases on the banking and insurance context
The CeTIF Academy uses the Blackboard e-learning platform, which the participant can use at any time during the training. Course content can be customized and repurposed directly at the location of the company concerned based on specific training needs
