Technological innovation and the continuing evolution of the labor market are shaping a new , increasingly automated and digital business reality that threatens to depersonalize individuals within the work and social dynamics in which they are involved. 

In order to strengthen and enhance the set of interpersonal and social attitudes and values that are fundamental to the well-being of employees and the organization, and with a view to lifelong learning, our proposal of Cetif Academy of Team Building for companies was born, with the aim of: 

  • Enhance social sustainability related to the "S " of ESGs, bringing attention back to the human factor;
  • Design and "facilitate" engaging experiences that are rich in educational content but, at the same time, cooperative and challenging;
  • Strengthening the sense of corporate ownership by countering the phenomenon of "Major Resignations."

After an initial needs analysis phase through structured assessments, we will help you choose the most suitable path to enhance the Team Building experience as a strategic lever for business life improvement.

All improvement paths will be ad hoc and soft skills-oriented, and will be configured within:

  • Behavioral-relational area;
  • Communication-organizational area;
  • Content area - updating skills.

Formative Objectives.

The initiative stems from the need to:

  • Offer a high-level selection of team building activities;
  • Inspire endogenous development processes that help teams reach their maximum potential;
  • Responding to specific requests from top management with services designed specifically for them;
  • Develop crucial skills in a digital world that never stops changing.

 

The format

Planning stages: 

  1. Assessment (optional): assessment of training needs by administering a test, "What do you want your team to improve on?"

  2. Design phase: identification of the most suitable activity based on the results of the assessment;

  3. Team Building (variable duration): activity "airing" and support.
