The "Training Seminars for Boards of Directors" track is designed to meet the continuing education and skills updating needs of board members, paying constant attention to today's and future market scenarios and trends. 

The training course is structured on 4 main themes, which can be modulated and flexible based on the needs of the Client:

In order to ensure excellent, experiential training that can be enhanced as a strategic lever for corporate life, the teaching method by which activities are carried out is based on the use of innovative and effective techniques involving a balancing of theoretical knowledge transfer and business applications.

The Training Seminars are aimed at members of boards of directors of enterprises, companies, banking, financial and insurance institutions. 

Formative Objectives.

The training initiative stems from the need to: 

  • Provide excellence training for BoDs.
  • Understand emerging trends and turn them into strategic governance levers.
  • Acquire an ability to critically read the complex dynamics affecting the banking and insurance industry.
  • Develop a systemic view of the macroeconomic scenario in which operational risks, technological innovation and social responsibility are increasingly interconnected.
The format

Università Cattolica proposes a Continuing Education pathway structured in seminars of approx. 2 h each that will take place in synchronous online mode. The initiative is entirely customizable in structure, duration and delivery mode based on the needs of the Client. It is also possible to agree on the implementation of the Meetings/Seminars in the physical classroom.
