The goal of theExecutive Master's in Innovability Management designed in collaboration with ALTIS is to train managers and leaders with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable growth, equipped with in-depth knowledge, new skills and cutting-edge tools to manage and lead change in the company.
The EMIIM Master's program is the result of the experience and collaboration of ALTIS and Cetif, two Centers of Excellence atUniversità Cattolica leading on the topics of sustainability anddigital innovation.

TheExecutive Master in Innovability Management is for those who want to qualify as:
- Innovation Manager
- Sustainability Managers
- Professionals engaged in digital and sustainable development projects
- Entrepreneurs, CEOs/managers and executives as managers of organizational change processes
- Third Sector Organization or PA managers
- Managers in the financial sector involved in processes of
digitalization and transition to sustainable development models.
The program will feature an integrated formula of classroom training, distance learning and Project Work. The teaching will be highly dynamic and interactive with a mix of interventions between academics, professionals and managers from leading companies on the topics of interest. Special attention is paid to networking, through peer-to-peer discussions and with the networks of ALTIS and Cetif. Completing the training is an application lab dedicated to deepening entrepreneurial skills for digital and sustainable business design and "Meet the Managers" meetings, which will allow direct discussion with those who deal with these issues on a daily basis in the company.
On-campus classes, once a month, will be held on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Online classes will be held, during weeks when on-campus attendance is not scheduled, on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Students are required to attend no less than 75 percent of the total class hours*.
The Project Work will consist of writing a paper under the supervision of a Master's faculty member or a company mentor appointed by the Management.
The detailed schedule will be communicated to participants well in advance of the Master's program start date.
