ANAPA Rete Impresa Agenzia has collaborated with Cetif Advisory - Research Center on Technology, Innovation and Financial Services ofUniversità Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan - for the realization of the initiative: My Agent Friend. This initiative, aims to collect the necessary elements through the compilation of a questionnaire for the issuance of the ANAPA Certification - Cetif Advisory , attesting to the professional skills and quality of service that Agencies registered with ANAPA and adhering to the project are able to provide to their clients.
The objective of the project is to assess, through the completion of a questionnaire, the performance, skills and operational resilience of approximately 100 agencies participating in the initiative. In this sense, the data received were reprocessed by Cetif Advisory , for the creation of a market benchmark that can be a useful tool for the agent to analyze the positioning of their agency in relation to the market and have evidence of progress compared to previous periods.
