Digital Resilience - time is now

The DORA Regulation envisions a model of digital resilience by design for the financial sector, with risk management integrated across the entire lifecycle of financial services.

 

In addition to dedicated consulting, Cetif Advisory proposes a co-design of a platform through which Financial Institutions and Critical ICT Service Providers collaborate to standardize and optimize data exchange activities required by regulations.

In the 4 phases of the project(Concept Design, Fast Prototyping, Demo & Tuning, Process Simulation) Cetif, Financial Institutions, and Critical ICT Service Providers will be involved in the implementation of a solution, hypothesized and put into practice with software support.

 

The entire Governance of the project, consisting of the Lab Committee, will direct and coordinate the process of devising and implementing the solution.

Mission and Goals

Information management related to ICT vendors, contracts, and services provided for each essential and important function will require more robust processes for data collection, certification, and publication to supervisors by financial institutions, and non-negligible operational work by ICT vendors.

 

The goal is to build synergies and relationships to optimize the data acquisition and updating process, with the support of an advanced technology platform to automate both operational collection activities and data consistency and congruence checks to ensure the highest quality.
