Presentation of the workshop

Analysis of customer data, customer journey, and customer choices are crucial. The focus is on the product and the timeliness of communication and business proposal, without forgetting the compliance aspects that can be a major constraint. The workshop aims to reflect on the evolution of digital banking starting from the evolution of distribution channels of CRM tools in a customer journey logic to identify trends and comment on experiences that are in the direction of the development of a new service model with customer 3.0. 
 
The meeting is mainly aimed at the areas dedicated to the Retail segment from a commercial, marketing and product development perspective (Chief Digital Officer) and the Management Control, Organization and Information Systems/Innovation areas.
