Presentation of the workshop

Customer behavior is also constantly evolving, and classic descriptive variables are no longer sufficient to analyze users' habits and their propensity to purchase financial products and services, even from a predictive perspective. What tools and technologies are most appropriate for governing the Customer Journey? What investments are needed? The workshop aims to assess how Financial Services can use new technologies to rethink not only their service model, but also the development of innovative products and services that are able to offer a quality customer experience through increasingly distinctive and personalized user journeys.

Target Audience: The meeting is aimed primarily at the areas dedicated to the Retail segment from a commercial, marketing and product development perspective (Chief Digital Officer) and the Management Control, Organization and Information Systems/Innovation areas.

At the end of the day (from 4 to 5 p.m.), the Master's program "Digital Innovation and Fintech: Digital Transformation in Banking and Insurance" will be presented. To participate in the event, it is necessary to register HERE.
