Presentation of the workshop

The workshop includes discussion of issues that are interpreted in the light of strategic implications and sales channel structuring choices. Particular emphasis is placed on the risks of such reorganization and the development of internal oversight policies aimed at maintaining adequate levels of effectiveness and efficiency of services.In particular, the meeting aims to explore the following topics:- innovative experiences in sales channels;- organizational and technological integrations between sales channels;- the role of the integrated counter;- outsourcing of bank branches;- the management of operational risk in front-office activities;- methods and techniques in calculating the ROI of IT investments in support of sales channels.
