In recent years, technological innovations have profoundly changed the relationship between Banks and Customers. Simplicity, speed, security and personalization have established themselves in the market as basic requirements of User Experience. In this change, Machine Learning and Cognitive Computing technologies are among those that are most revolutionizing the development of banking business. In particular, chatbots, personal assistants, and robo-advisors are a key driver for innovation in User Experience and banking services. What are the most appropriate tools and technologies for the development of Instant Services that ensure a high User Experience? What investments are needed?
