The DORA Regulation introduces a structured regulatory framework to strengthen the digital operational resilience of the European financial sector. Among the actors involved, a central role is assigned to technology service providers (ICT), who are required to ensure high standards of security and operational continuity for the financial companies to which they provide services. The provisions require the adoption of measures for ICT risk management, the protection of data availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality, and the implementation of adequate business continuity strategies. Overall responsibility for these requirements lies with the management body of the ICT provider. Another key element concerns the supply chain: financial entities and ICT providers must verify that subcontractors also comply with appropriate standards, in line with the regulatory and operational requirements of the services provided. If this is not the case, they are required to take action to address any gaps. This course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the obligations under DORA, with an operational and strategic focus that will help participants navigate the new regulatory landscape with confidence.
