The Master's program is aimed at Professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Finance and/or Digital sector (Banks, Insurance Companies, Financial Companies, Consulting Companies, Software Houses, System Integrators) who have graduated mainly from the Faculties of Economics, Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences, Engineering and Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics, Law, Languages, Political Science. Additional courses of study will be evaluated individually at the selection stage
Banks and Insurance companies, by virtue of their driving role in the economy, are not only seeking digital professionals but are also being called upon to significantly upskill and reskill staff to cope with innovation in their products and services. Against this backdrop, there is an emerging need to train professionals who appropriate the skills that the market requires such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, metaverse and token economy, big data and advanced analytics, digital marketing and digital business.
In addition, participation in the Master's program provides access to exclusive workshop e SUMMIT of Cetif, events attended by C-levels from the banking, finance and insurance industry. The educational program is structured in a blended formula involving: LECTURES: Classroom teaching* organized in 6 short weeks (2 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) SMART LEARNING: online activities (approx. 58 hours) INNOVATION PROJECT: in the form of In-Company Project, Startup Business Plan or Case Analysis Students are required to attend no less than 75 percent of the total number of hours of classes. The detailed schedule will be communicated to participants well in advance of the Master's starting date.
* For classroom teaching, on-campus participation is required for at least 30 percent of the total number of hours. Fulfillment of all training activities will be provided online via the Blackboard E-Learning platform.
The Master's Training Plan consists of basic and specialized modules, application labs and active learning (Workshop, Distance Learning, Company Visit and Group Work plus final Innovation Project) for a total of 1,500 hours and 60 CFUs.
