Communication in business environments, as in the larger society and among consumers, is a fundamental aspect today: the inescapable challenge for any enterprise is to equip itself adequately to make it a strength of its business and an opportunity for its people. Starting with an analysis of the multiple dimensions of communication, the course aims to offer a set of fundamental coordinates for consciously working on and with this tool.
