Communication in business environments, as in the larger society and among consumers, is a fundamental aspect today: the inescapable challenge for any enterprise is to equip itself adequately to make it a strength of its business and an opportunity for its people. Starting with an analysis of the multiple dimensions of communication, the course aims to offer a set of fundamental coordinates for consciously working on and with this tool. The second part of the course, on the other hand, is designed to provide knowledge and practical tools for conflict resolution, promoting constructive collaboration and strengthening the sense of responsibility and sharing within work groups.
