The directions of innovation today are many, and all seem "urgent": to cope with the crisis, to identify new ways of hybrid and diffuse work, to promote inclusion and diversity, to develop products and services with higher social impact. Not all innovation paths are equal, however; while effective in the short term, innovative change can erode rather than regenerate the social capital of organizations, and negatively impact the work environment, relationships, trust and engagement. Innovating in a socially and humanly sustainable way is a challenge: in addition to specific techniques and knowledge, new mindsets and skills are needed to generate and integrate the "new." The course intends to focus on the cultural and relational changes needed to ensure sustainability to innovation, offering moments of reflection and work on some critical areas of expertise for this purpose: from responsible leadership, to ethics of care, to social and cultural intelligence
